Why sleeves? Knee sleeves provide necessary support for weightlifting, box jumps, lunges, long distance running/cycling and in general if you have weak knees/injuries. They also double up as shin guards to avoid bleeding on deadlifts, cleans and rope climbs.

How to put on knee sleeves: first turn the knee sleeve inside out. Put the sleeve on pulling the narrower end up to the shin. Then flip the wider end from the bottom up over the knee, pulling it right side up. The fit should feel snug and supportive, not loose and not too tight that it cuts off circulation.
Sizing:
Measure the circumference of the leg 10cm below the knee cap. If in-between sizes go for the larger size as they maintain their shape very well and do not stretch out.
